My finished basement flooded recently, and I called my insurance agent. She recommended M.C. Shine and gave me their number. I gave them a call and they were at my house an hour later! ... I have met five people now in the couple of days since they first showed up and they have all been a pleasure to deal with. I called MC Shine for carpet cleaning at my elderly mothers home. Their staff was friendly, professional and was able to fit us in last minute. The certified technician that cleaned the carpets, Derrich, was awesome. Prompt, professional and thorough. The carpets turned out great and the smelled wonderful. He was also very cautious to make sure her dear cat was safe during the process! Highly Recommend!

Our hot water tank must have let loose in the night and in the morning we found a couple inches of water in our finished basement. MC shine had someone at our house within the hour and a crew followed shortly after. Everyone was super friendly and compassionate to our situation. We have MC Shine come and clean our carpets often. With 2 little kids, 4 teenagers, and dogs that shed like crazy our carpets get pretty messy and MC Shine does such a wonderful job cleaning them!! Their certified technicians are not only lovely and trust worthy people but they have gotten some wicked stains out! I could not recommend their services more.
